ABOUT HEMORRHOIDS
Many hemorrhoid sufferers are embarrassed of their symptoms but, should keep in mind that 75-80% of the U.S. population are affected by symptoms of hemorrhoids at some point. If left untreated, hemorrhoids can become severely uncomfortable and affect your quality of life.
TREATMENTS
At Midwest Hemorrhoid Treatment Center, we take the time to carefully listen to each patient’s unique concerns and symptoms. This helps us determine the best course of action that will alleviate those symptoms. Midwest Hemorrhoid Treatment Center specializes in a minimally-invasive, non-surgical hemorrhoid treatment option: infrared coagulation (IRC). IRC is fast, effective and is generally easier on patients than other methods.
SYMPTOMS
Internal hemorrhoids form inside the anus and often take the form of a bulge protruding from the rectum, and can cause rectal bleeding even when there’s no pain. External hemorrhoids form on the skin near the anus but can result in pain and bleeding if the hemorrhoid ruptures.
