Very impressed. The education given Dr very complete and and appropriately direct after knowing the patient. staff very efficient,knowledgeable and caring . Being a RN and a daughter of a Physician I am hard to please but certainly impressed with the procedure.

This was probably the best medical experience I e ever had. She is happy to tell you all the details about what is involved and her recommendations and is very friendly. She puts you at ease when it's obviously an uncomfortable situation.

After having babies, I dealt with problems for years, and got to the point in which I realized I needed help. I kept putting off that phone call, but I’m so glad that I finally did it. Dr. Clemens has been wonderful, thorough, informative, and charming. Not only do I feel incredibly better, physically, I feel that I have been taken care of in a compassionate and caring manner. Thank you to you and your staff for making a no-so-fun situation bearable, livable, and best-yet...back to normal. Love you and your magical laser.

Had very good experience with the doctor and office staff. Very good instruction prior to treatment everything was explained along the way so that it was very understandable minimal if any discomfort all in all it was a very good experience to have my hemorrhoids taken care of
